Multicolored cable socks. Mom gave me the sock yarn, and afterward she noticed that it was hard to see the pattern when I knitted with it. She decided to give me some lighter colored yarn to work with, but hey, a new pair of socks is a new pair of socks, and I certainly wasn't complaining.
Excuse Her Majesty's paw. Everytime I pull out my phone to take a picture, she's sure I mean to get
one of her.

Dark Green 100% Wool Socks
Dark Green 100% wool socks. I used a seeded rib pattern. Been a while since I knitted these, and it was my first time working with 100% wool. I didn't realize that wool yarn isn't as stretchy as acrylic or even sock yarn, so these are actually a size too small. I can shove them on anyway, but it's not easy.
Oh well.
Oh well.

So.... I remembered this blog exists
I like the idea of having a blog mostly for creative crafty stuff, and it seems like this was it back in the day. So, if you can get past the godawful pinkness and the teenage whiny angst in the older posts, here it is. (Seriously, what the fuck was my teenage self THINKING?)
Here's a new pair of socks I knitted that I finished Christmas morning. I used 4 double pointed needles, size 0.
If I can figure out how to get a picture to load, that is.
